This study aims to determine the influence of work environment, work engagement, and servant leadership on employee performance Cipondoh Sub – District Office. The elected population is 52 employees. Sampling used in this study is non probability sampling with saturated sampling techniqu. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 26. The result of this study indicate that the variables of work environment and servant leadership have a positive insignificant effect on employee performance. Variables of work engagement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
