Environment, and knowledge sharing on employee performance in sub-district offices in Ciledug District. The study was motivated by the phenomenon of suboptimal public service performance and the inconsistency of previous studies on the effect of these three variables on employee performance. The approach used is quantitative research with non-probability sampling techniques through convenience sampling, where all employees who are the objects of research are used as respondents. Data are collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as did knowledge sharing. Meanwhile, the work environment did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that emotional involvement and knowledge sharing behavior play an important role in improving employee performance, while work environment conditions do not directly determine performance levels in the context of this study.
