This study aims to examine the influence of Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivation and Macroeconomics on Gen Z Investment Decisions in the Capital Market. The research method used is quantitative descriptive and the data analysis is multiple linear regression. The population of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Budi Luhur University is 2.267. Sampling in this study used convenience sampling with a total of 100 students as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale processed using Microsoft Excel 2024 software and SPSS software version 24. The results of the study show that the Extrinsic Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on Investment Decisions, the Intrinsic Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on Investment Decisions, and the Macroeconomic variable has a positive and significant effect on Investment Decisions.
