This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, compensation and organizational culture on employee work discipline at the NU Gapura Supermarket, Sumenep, using Artificial Intelligence (AI) based analytics. By integrating AI tools, such as machine learning algorithms, data mining, and sentiment analysis. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach, namely focusing on hypothesis testing using the SPSS analysis tool. The sample in this research was all 48 NU Gapura supermarket employees. The sampling method was carried out using the census method. The findings from this research provide practical recommendations for improving employee work discipline, improving overall organizational efficiency, and leveraging AI to improve human resource practices in the retail industry.
