This study analyzes business ethics violations in the production and marketing process of PT. Ajinomoto and develop a strategy for applying business ethics principles as a solution. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with literature study. The results show that PT. Ajinomoto is involved in cases of ethical violations, such as the use of hazardous materials, misleading information, and dishonest marketing practices. The factors causing this are performance pressure, lack of understanding of employee ethics, and weak internal supervision. The research proposes strategies for implementing business ethics principles through management commitment, ethical culture, internal control, and increasing employee awareness and capabilities. The implementation of this strategy is expected to restore public trust, increase competitiveness, and encourage continued business growth at PT. Ajinomoto
