Global market uncertainty in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) era requires prospective entrepreneurs to have strong mental resilience. This community service aims to strengthen the entrepreneurial resilience and fighting spirit of Generation Z students at the Aisyiyah Institute of South Sulawesi so that they are able to face business risks in an adaptive and innovative manner. The method applied is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involves diagnosing problems through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), interactive workshops with experts, and business risk mitigation simulations. The results of the community service show a transformation in students' mindsets from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset, where failure is no longer seen as an obstacle but as a learning tool. In addition, the integration of the institution's unique spiritual values, namely the concepts of ‘Patience and Gratitude’, proved to be effective in strengthening the foundation of student resilience. Quantitatively, the post-test results showed a 40% increase in students' understanding of risk mitigation strategies. The outcome of this activity was the formation of the ‘Aisyiyah Young Entrepreneurs’ community as a peer support system to ensure the sustainability of students' entrepreneurial intentions amid global economic dynamics.
