RELEVANSI NILAI EARNINGS PER SHARE, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, PROFITABILITAS DAN PENGUNGKAPAN ESG TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM LQ45

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Return on Equity (ROE), Earnings per Share (EPS), dan skor Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) terhadap harga saham perusahaan LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2022–2024. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan. Sampel dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling dan menghasilkan 24 perusahaan dengan total 72 observasi data panel. Data diolah menggunakan EViews 13 dengan model Fixed Effect yang dipilih berdasarkan uji Chow dan uji Hausman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial, DPR tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap harga saham, ROE tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap harga saham, EPS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, serta skor ESG berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap harga saham.
This study aims to analyze the effect of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Return on Equity (ROE), Earnings per Share (EPS), and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) scores on stock prices of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2022–2024. A quantitative research design with a causal associative approach was employed. Secondary data were obtained from audited annual financial reports and sustainability reports. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 24 companies with a total of 72 panel data observations. Data were analyzed using EViews 13 with a Fixed Effect Model selected based on the Chow and Hausman tests. The results indicate that simultaneously all independent variables significantly affect stock prices. Partially, DPR does not significantly affect stock prices with a negative direction, ROE does not significantly affect stock prices with a negative direction, EPS has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, and ESG scores have a significant negative effect on stock prices.
